AI Engineer

We are looking for AI engineers who want to bring AI into real business environments, including closed networks and enterprise workflows where public cloud adoption is limited.

What you will do

• Build LLM, VLM, RAG, and agent features for customer-facing products.
• Develop private AI serving flows for enterprise and regulated environments.
• Connect documents, databases, and workflow tools to AI applications.
• Evaluate model quality, latency, cost, and operational constraints.

What we look for

• Experience with LLM applications, data pipelines, or AI service development.
• Ability to reason from customer workflow to model and system design.
• Interest in on-premise AI, GPU/NPU infrastructure, and practical AI automation.
• Comfort working across product, engineering, and customer feedback.
